A leader of loyal troops as well as a writer, to praise the soul of Jungbong Jo Heon who was born in Gimpo

金浦出身文人兼义兵长，纪念重峰赵宪先生的灵魂的文化庆典 
 
Gimpo Jungbong Culture Festival sheds new light on the life of Jungbong Jo Heon who was born in Gimpo, who was a writer as well as a leader of loyal troops. It is started from Goyujae in Woojeoseowon keeping his table, and it provides various programs, like a youth culture festival, to mediate and praise his life. There are some events to give a chance to experience the life of the Joseon Dynasty and performances of various music genres to raise festival atmosphere.

金浦重峰文化祭是为了再阐明金浦出身的朝鲜时代的文人兼义兵长重峰赵宪先生举办的文化庆典。在供奉赵宪先生牌位的牛渚书院，举行告田祭作为开始，包括以街头娱乐、以赵宪先生的灵魂为主题竞赛的青少年文化庆典，准备了纪念赵宪先生的灵魂的各种节目。作为附带活动，可以体验朝鲜时代生活的服饰体验、打糕等，还可以观赏包括国乐演出的提高庆典氛围的各种类型的音乐演出。
