Paju Book City, the place that human meets nature, and culture meets industry.
人与自然相遇，文化与产业相和谐的地方，坡州出版城
Paju Book City is the publishing cultural community in Freedom Avenue, Paju. A lot of publishers, who have the same opinions, gathered to create an association and worked for 17 years together, and then it finally became what it is now. Its the main objective is to merge the whole process related to a book, such as publishing plan, edit, printing and distribution into one to achieve the development of Korean publication industry. It looks like an industry city based on the book, however, it is the eco-friendly culture space to breathe with the nature as well as the architectural culture city to show Korean architectural beauty. Currently, over 100 publishers and about 150 industries related to publication are living in the their own buildings.
坡州出版城是坡州自由路边形成的出版文化共同体，出版书籍的有思想的出版界人士组织成一个组合，长达17年期间推行的结果，具备了现在的面貌。坡州出版城最大的目标是将出版企划、编辑、印刷、物流、流通为止，与书籍相关的整个过程捆绑成一块，实现大韩民国的出版文化产业发展。虽然以书籍为中心形成产业城市模样，但坡州出版城是跟自然共呼吸的亲环境文化空间的同时，又是向世界展现韩国建筑美的美丽的建筑文化空间。现在，包括超过100个的出版社，大约有150多个出版相关企业入住在各自的建筑物内。
It is getting popular, so it provides various field-trip programs. There are a tour of the modern publication to understand the making process of the book with the modern type printing, an eco experience center to give a chance to read books related to the ecological environment and explore the ecology outside, and a permanent exhibition of technical books related to general arts.
随着坡州出版城的名声，通过口碑宣传出去，很多游客踏访而至，而坡州出版城也为了他们准备了各种见习节目。通过近代活版印刷制作书籍过程的近代出版见习、阅读生态环境相关书籍并在室外进行生态娱乐与探索的生态体验学习、人文艺术专门书籍常设展示观赏等多彩的见习节目，等待着游客的到来
