Daegyocheon Basalt gorge, holding the long history of changing landscapes in the Korean Peninsula
在漫长岁月，蕴含韩半岛地形变化历史的大桥川玄武岩峡谷
Between Jangheug-ri of Gangwon-do and Naengjeong-ri of Gyeonggi-do, you can see the mystic art built by nature in Daegyocheon of Hantangang River. It is the Basalt gorge, which was designated as Natural Monument no.436. The pillar-shaped joints of either triangle or hexagon are along the Hantangang River. You could also see diverse structures like a vertical cliff made by the river water over time. The Daegyocheon Basalt gorge provides both a beautiful scene to bring joy to the eyes and a precious file of geological history. Not much accessibility is granted, but that helps it maintain the clean and beautiful environment. Around the gorge, there are tour spots like Goseokjeong and Sundam valley.
江原道铁原郡东松邑长兴里与京畿道抱川市官仁面冷井里之间的汉滩江大桥川，可以欣赏自然展现出来的神秘的艺术品。这是被指定为天然纪念品第436号的玄武岩峡谷。可以看到六角形或三角形的长柱状的柱状节理，顺着汉滩江延绵不断，在漫长岁月中受到江水的冲击而成的垂直绝壁等各种形状的地形。大桥川玄武岩峡谷是通过美丽的风景赏心悦目的地方，同时也是可以了解韩国的地质与地形发达历史的成为宝贵的学术资料的地方。虽然交通不方便，但因此维持着更加清净的秀丽的风景。周围观光地还有孤石亭与莼潭溪谷等。
