美味的江华特产品，享受风川鳗鱼料理的特性化街头

Eel is highly protein food and favoured as a stamina-building dish. It has plentiful vitamin A,B, and C so it’s very good for women’s skin, fatigue recovery, anti-aging and building energy. And it’s unsaturated fatty acid(EPA and DHA) can lower cholesterol level and prevent adult disease. It is high in calcium.
Deorimi Eel Street has many Eel dish restaurants around Deorimi Port. Deorimi is small fishing village where Han River’s fresh water and the West sea’s water meet :  Pungcheon Eel’s best place to inhabit. Restaurants in here only serve well fattening and soft eel in seaon and decent side dishes are made from Gangwha’s specialty products. You can taste other healthy menus  such as fried eel bone, Gangwha turnip kimchi, Gangwha ginseng and eel porridge.

鳗鱼是高蛋白饮食，是对精力有益的保养食品，是深受青睐的食品。鳗鱼富含维生素A与维生素B、维生素C，对女性的皮肤美容与恢复疲劳、防老化、增强精力具有高效。特别是，富含EPA与DHA等不饱和脂肪酸，可以降低胆固醇数值，有益于预防成人病，且含钙量非常丰富。Deorimi鳗鱼街是以Deorimi浦口为中心，聚集鳗鱼餐厅的街头。作为1970年代小渔村的Deorimi，是汉江的淡水与西海的海水混在一起的地方。即，大海与江水相遇的地方栖息的风川鳗鱼适合栖息的好地方。Deorimi鳗鱼街只使用肉肥、柔软的鳗鱼，可以享受利用江华特产品的丰盛的鳗鱼料理。炸鳗鱼骨、江华芜菁泡菜、江华人参、鳗鱼粥等保养食品也是堪称一绝。
