The representative festival of Inje County, Culture-Art Festival, to experience the culture and tradition

Hapgang is the river, where Seohwa Stream of the north and Naerin Stream of the east meet in Inje-gun, flowing to the south. Hapgangjeong Pavillion to see Hapgang was founded in the second year of King Sukjong(1676). Hapgang Culture Festival was started from the memorial ceremony for to the guardian god of Inje in front of this pavilion in 1983. It has a ritual ceremony and an exhibition to define the historical and cultural identity for Inje-gun residents, a traditional folk game and a athletic meeting to promote goodwill. Also, it demonstrates traditional cultures of mountain villages to preserve and inherit. 

合江是麟蹄郡北侧西华川与东侧的内麟川合流，并带着秀丽的景观向南侧流淌的河流。肃宗2年（1676年）在可以看到合江的地方，建立合江亭，并于1983年在合江亭前向麟蹄郡的守护神祭祀，由此开始了第1届合江文化祭。合江文化祭，由确立麟蹄郡市民的历史·文化整体性的祭礼活动与展示活动、图求郡民的和谐与共同体意识的传统民俗娱乐、各邑面体育大会等组成。而且，为了保存·传承地区的传统民俗文化，演示木筏体验、烧炭、Galeenambak制作等山村地区特有的民俗文化。
