Seungri(means victory) observatory is known as a good place to observe the North Korean state, especially among the many observatory located near the DMZ. Position of Seungri observatory is perched on the center of the Military Demarcation Line up in Mahyeon-ri, Geunnam-myeon, Cheorwon-gun. In this area, you can see Daeseungsan Mountain, Jeokgeunsan Mountain, Samcheonbong hills, and the fierce battle field during the Korean war, Ohseungsan Mountain, Geumseungsan Mountain, and some of north Korean lands. Also, the railroad hiding under the Geumgangsan Mountain cleary comes to the eye. Seungri observatory cannot be viewed personally, after submitting form to Seungri observatory office in Mahyeon-ri; you may enter only with a guide at a certain given time.

胜利展望台在位于DMZ附近的多个展望台中，特别是以适合观察北韩面貌的地方而闻名。胜利展望台的地址是铁原郡近南面马岘2里，位于长达248公里的军事分界线正中央。在这里，可以一览无遗地看到韩国地区的大成山、赤根山、三千峰，且可以一眼看到6.25战争当时成为激战地的五圣山与金城地区等北韩地区。而且在胜利展望台，可以清晰看到被埋在杂草中的金刚山电车道。胜利展望台无法单独观赏，而是在马岘里的胜利展台售票站填写申请表之后，按照指定时间，在导游的引导下才能观赏。
